SANDEEP SABHARWAL

Sandeep has been instrumental in establishing SLCM as a professional Agri-Logistics Group specializing in post-harvest services. He is an MBA from FSM, Delhi & has been the Managing Partner & Promoter of SLCM since 1996. He is a veteran with diversified and rich experience of more than 25 years in the areas like commodity storage, procurement, commodities market, trading, processing, warehousing & financial services in the agriculture sector. Sandeep has a strong presence in top-line business publications & channels that often look for his comments/ thoughts on issues pertaining to the industry.

Sandeep was conferred with the Most Innovative CEO by Inc India recognizing his innovations in the industry. He has also been conferred with Certification on US Warehouse Receipt System from The Norman Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture and The Texas A & M University. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Warehouse Development and Regulatory Act (WDRA). He is also a member of the FICCI Committee which was appointed by the Government of India to study the warehousing model of the United States of America.

NAMRATA SURI

A Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience, Namrata heads the company’s finance function. At SLCM, she has been responsible for leading the business areas that require prompt strategic thinking skills and significant people/ change management skills. Prior to SLCM, Namrata was Vice President, Finance at Global Agrisystem Pvt. Ltd. and has worked with Kohinoor Foods Ltd. as Deputy General Manager. She has been instrumental in setting up the accounting systems, software, policies and process. She has been successful in working in a variety of teams, in complex and demanding environments that have delivered excellent outcomes. She has an eye for detail and possesses good analytical skills along with a strong finance background.

CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER, PROCUREMENT

RAJESH BANSAL

Rajesh heads the Procurement Division of the Group. He holds a rich experience of over 27 years of experience in commodity derivatives segment & product management. He has expertise in functioning of physical markets of several Agriculture commodities. Rajesh has completed MBA (Specialization in Retail Management and Supply Chain Management) from National Institute of Management, Bangalore and Diploma in Commodity Markets from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Bangalore.

His immediate last assignment was with Edelweiss Integrated Commodity Management Ltd., Mumbai, as Deputy Vice President. He has also worked with Multi Commodity Exchange of India, Mumbai as Asst. Vice President, Khoday Group of Industries, Bangalore, Vinod Sugar Agencies, Bangalore.

SALMAN ULLAH KHAN

Salman Ullah Khan is the Chief Business Officer(CBO)of SLCM Group. A seasoned professional with 19+ years of experience in Business Development and Operations in the warehousing and commodity domain, Salman has been instrumental in developing businesses and operations across multiple states and zones in India.
He completed his Post Graduation in Agribusiness Management from the College of Agribusiness Management, G.B. Pant University, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. Salman has worked with companies like Mahindra Shubhlabh ( M & M), Godrej Agrovet, Triveni Retail, Reliance Spot Exchange (Reliance Capital) & NBHC previously. He joined SLCM from NBHC, where he was serving as Vice-President ( Collateral Management).

CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER-KISSANDHAN

NARESH KUMAR

Mr. Naresh heads Kissandhan Agri Financial Services Private Limited. With over 25 years of experience in Rural and Agri Banking Space, Naresh has managed businesses in Rural Finance, Agri MSME, Commodity Finance, Lending to Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), linking them to market linkage access and having expertise in Agri Risk Management, Monitoring, Agri Business Strategy, Credit, Operations and Collections etc. In the past, he has been instrumental in setting up business in Agri and Rural Finance space where he was associated with companies like RBL Bank Ltd, Axis Bank Ltd and Corporation Bank operating in various Leadership roles Pan India. His recent professional association was with Samunnati as Chief Business Officer.

He has done MDP from IIM Lucknow. He has pursued Masters in Business Administration from Symbosis Institute of Management, Pune and Post Graduation in Agricultural Sciences from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hissar. He is a certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and Indian Institute of Insurance.

LALIT KUMAR SHARMA

Lalit is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Network distributions. A Management graduate in Business Administration from IMCVE Meerut, he has worked in various leadership roles with companies like Cargill, Adani Wilmar, Wagh Bakri Tea & Dalmia Bharat group. In past, he has successfully launched new products and verticals where he was responsible in a National role for B2C & B2B businesses. He had also initiated channel partnerships & worked closely on E-commerce and offline business augmentations in his career.

RAJNEESH AGRAWAL

At SLCM, Rajneesh is spearheading the procurement function with experience of over 23 years. He holds a MBA – Marketing from IMS Indore & B.Sc. from Hansraj College, Delhi University. Rajneesh has been involved in procurement & purchase activities in his previous assignments.

VIVEK AGGARWAL

Vivek holds a master’s degree in business administration from Rai University – Delhi and has over 16 years of experience in Business Development, Structured Finance, Trade Finance, Bill Discounting, Procurement of Agri commodities, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing Operations, Team management, commodities futures & stock market trading. In the past, he has been associated with companies like ETC Agro-Processing, Olam Agro India, Edelweiss Agri Value Chain, National Bulk Handling Corporation & Shree Shubham Logistics. His recent professional association was with Samunnati Agro Solutions.

MANISH MANDAN

A seasoned professional in Human Resource Management with 21 plus years of experience in Strategic HR Transformation, Talent Management, HR operations, Total Rewards, L&D, EHS Management, Contract Management, & Statutory Compliances across multiple industries in production & services including IT, ITES, Education, Media, Production, Marketing, Event Management Services & Consultancy.
Manish is an Alumni of XLRI, Jamshedpur & AIMA, New Delhi in HRM. He is a graduate in Science & Law along with Masters's in Public Administration. He brings in a strong flavor of effective change management in line with business requirements and has lead large HR operations, global integration programs, mergers and acquisitions. He has been associated in past with organizations like Cymbal, Zee Networks, RC&M, Educomp Solutions & Pearson.

RAHUL GONDOLE

Rahul is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in IT strategy, Digital Transformation, Automation, Program Management, and business process development. An Engineer in Information Technology from MIET, Gondia, he has worked in various leadership roles with companies like Mastek, CEDGE, and TCS.
His expertise in services imbibing technologies across industries in various geographies has attributed to him excellent knowledge & expertise in new product development, business processes development & IT operations. In his last assignment, he was associated with MargMaker Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as CTO.

VIPIN AGGARWAL

Vipin is an MBA from Punjab Technical University. He has over 17 years of extensive experience in Operations, Business Development and Warehousing. His immediate last assignment was with Star Agri Warehousing & Collateral Management Ltd. and he has worked with SLCM before. Vipin has also been associated with NBHC Ltd.

VEDPAL HOODA

Vedpal Hooda is a Post Graduate from Karnataka University with PGDBM (Hon’s) from IIM Hisar. He has a rich experience of over 15 years in Administration, Recruitment, training, Operation, Business development and warehousing. His last assignment was with Skylark Group of Securitas Private Limited. Vedpal has served Indian Air Force in the technical stream for about 20 years in an administrative role.

NEERAJ KUMAR JHA

Mr. Neeraj Kumar Jha is Manager – Quality & Control, SLCM Group. An MBA in Total Quality Management from SMU University (Gangtok), Neeraj has more than 14 years of experience in Technical Operations and Quality & Control.

His immediate last assignment was with KML Pvt Ltd, where he was a Technical Manager. Currently, he is leading all the technical and QC operations at SLCM.
