Mr. Day is a Vice President with Creation Investments and has been associated with the firm since 2011. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with portfolio companies post investment. Prior to Creation, he was a Technical Advisor to the microfinance institution, Five Talents Uganda.

He has also been a Financial Analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at the investment banking firm, Houlihan Lokey. While at Houlihan, Tyler focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory and private placements of debt and equity. Tyler received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Finance.

Sandeep has been instrumental in establishing SLCM as a professional Agri-Logistics Group specializing in post harvest services. He is an MBA from FMS, Delhi & has been the Managing Partner & Promoter of SLCM since 1996. He is a veteran with diversified and rich experience of more than three decades in the areas like commodity storage, procurement, commodities market, trading, processing, warehousing & financial services in the agriculture sector. Sandeep has a strong presence in top-line business publications & channels that often look for his comments/ thoughts on issues pertaining to the industry.

He has also been conferred with Certification on US Warehouse Receipt System from The Norman Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture and The Texas A & M University. He is a member of Executive Committee of Warehouse Development and Regulatory Act (WDRA). He is also a member of FICCI Committee which was appointed by the Government of India to study the warehousing model of United States of America.

A Techno-legal professional, who is Post graduate Civil Engineer from IIT Delhi besides having an M. Phil degree in Defence and Strategic Studies and a Degree in Law. He has served as one of the Director Generals with Military Engineer Services and has more than 45 years’ experience in public Procurement, logistics and related infrastructure from operational levels to Strategic level. He is also a Fellow of number of Technical, Legal, and Arbitral institutions and has presented several papers in National and International conferences. He currently serves as Arbitrator on the panels of a large number of High Courts, Arbitration Institutions and Government Organizations, besides being on the panel of Central Vigilance Commission of India as Independent External Monitor for monitoring integrity pact of high value Government procurement and also on the panel of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways as Independent Quality Auditor for Highways and Border roads.

Mr. Rohitash is an accomplished leader with extensive 32 Years of experience in strategic IT, digital transformation, governance, cost optimization, and program management across the Indian Army and corporate sectors. He has proven expertise in service delivery, vendor development, contract management, and risk assessment. Currently leading Global Business Operations at DXC Technology, he is managing over $1.2B in spend optimization and overseeing budget control, compliance, and strategic cost reductions. Previously, he spearheaded similar initiatives across APJ-MEA, collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders to enhance financial and operational efficiencies.

She is also a partner in an Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) by IBBI, M/s Luthra & Luthra Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors LLPs. She has been engaged and providing services as IRP/RP/Liquidator since Jan 2019 and have handled 8 assignments directly as IRP/RP/liquidator. Shalu qualified as a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India in 2003 and earned Post-Graduation Diploma in Financial Management from Symbiosis Center for Distance in 2005. She qualified as an Resolution Professional in Jan 2018. She has earned certification in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India in 2020.
